Q. What areas do you cover?
A. We cover the whole of Peterborough and the surrounding area.
Approx 30 mile radius of Peterborough. We cover the whole of the UK
with our remote support service.
Q. Are you on call 24 hours a day?
A. NO. Call outs are from 9:00am till 5:30pm Monday to Saturday.
However, call outs outside business hours can be arranged for an
additional fee.

Q. What happens if I want to make a complaint?
A. If in the event you find you have a complaint then please
email us
and someone will contact you.
Terms & Conditions
1. No call out fee
The only time you will be charged for a call out is if the
technician cannot repair the computer on site due to difficulties
caused by the customer e.g. arriving to find that there is nobody at
home. You will be charged a small fee.
2. No fix no fee
If the technician attempts a repair on-site and is not successful
you won’t be charged. If a technician has arrived to find that the
computer cannot be repaired due to something the customer has done
e.g. forgetting a password, then you will be charged a small fee.

(UK) Ltd. a company registered in England and Wales (hereinafter, "Boro
IT", "us", "our" or "we"). The Website is intended to offer visitors
to the Website information about Boro IT and the types of services
that we offer. Boro IT is strongly committed to protecting your
personal information and providing a safe and secure environment for
visitors to the Website. This Privacy Policy is intended to inform

Do I have the ability not to be identified by Boro IT?
Yes. If you do not want to be identified by us, you can set your

your browser alerts you to its presence. You can also adjust the

us to have any of your PII, do not submit any of your PII to us.
Do we transfer or release any PII collected from you?

other uses to you. Boro IT will not sell your PII to third parties,
unless you consent in writing to such use of your PII by Boro IT.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that you do provide us

possible interest to you. Because we have no control over such

How do we store information?
Boro IT takes steps consistent with commercially reasonable
industry standards to secure any PII collected from you from loss,
misuse, unauthorized access and destruction while under our control.
Please note that despite our efforts to protect information provided
to us, we cannot guarantee that such information will not be lost,
disclosed or accessed by accidental circumstances or by the
unauthorized acts of others.
