Remote User
To take advantage of our remote support service you need a broadband Internet connection. We support remote users throughout the UK. 
We also support remote users from outside the UK, and currently have business clients who receive remote support from us while travelling overseas. We are able to instantly connect and provide support wheather they are in their office or at their hotel.
Our remote support is conducted over secure data channels and uses 256 bit encryption, so you can be sure your privacy is protected. Our remote client base is currently made up of UK home users, and UK business users who travel overseas.
Home User
We provide on-site support in your home and remote support if you are not in the Peterborough area. Best of all, there is no call-out charge* and if we cannot fix your problem, you don’t have to pay us!
We also provide home users with other services like data transfer, system tune-ups, training, anti-virus & security, printer & wireless network setup. In fact, whatever your IT problems, give us a call and we’ll be glad to help.
As an Authorised Reseller of AVG products, we are able to supply AVG security software at discounted rates of up to 25%. We supply 1 or 2 year licences for AVG Anti-Virus, Firewall & Security software.
Business User
We can supply, install and configure everything you need to make IT work for your business. From installing the data cabling right up to installing servers and workstations. After a full consultation to establish your requirements we provide a full schedule for your installation. We’ll make sure the timescales don’t cause any disruption to your business. Once the installation is complete, we can provide on-going IT support and assistance, making sure your IT systems are properly maintained.
We have built strong relationships with major IT distributors to get access to IT products and software at the most competitive prices. This, along with our low overheads, is how we are able to provide such cost effective IT solutions to local businesses and home users.
