Business IT Support (no callout charge)

On-site IT support for your business only £45ph

If your business is based in Peterborough or the surrounding area we provide on-site visits for £45ph (minimum 1 hour).  If you are outside the Peterborough area you can benefit from our Remote Support service.  For any IT issues give us a call and we’ll be happy to help.

Consultancy

We can provide consulting as part of your support services, or as a one off service.

We will look at your business objectives, current systems and working practices and help with decision making to establish requirements for your project.  With our extensive experience and business understanding we have the vision to help you get the most out of your IT systems.

Some examples of where/how we can help;

• Gaining business value from the purchase of new hardware or software
• Developing web strategies for your company
• Remote working practices
• Disaster recovery & backup options

We also provide consulting as a one off, short term service.  We can help fill a gap in your company’s existing IT expertise and assist with one-off projects, for example we can advise on network infrastructure or upgrades.
